The other two are Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The average auto insurance premium in BC is around $1400 per year, with some cities such as Victoria even cheaper than that – at around $945.You may drive in BC with a valid driver’s license from another jurisdiction for six months, as opposed to Ontario where you can use your foreign licence for only two months.
